GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers (“the Clients or the Client”) wishing to purchase the products offered for sale (“the Products”) by the Seller on the website https://lesdivinesassociees.wixsite.com/site.
The Products offered for sale are the following:
Candles, soaps, resin objects and other various objects made by the association Les Divines Associées.
The main characteristics of the Products are presented on the website, which the Client is required to review before placing an order.
The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Client.
Product offers are valid while stocks last.
These GTC are accessible at any time on the website and shall prevail over any other document.
ARTICLE 2 – PRICES
Prices are expressed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping and delivery costs are charged in addition.
An invoice is issued upon delivery.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS
Any order placed constitutes a distance sales contract.
The sale is final only after full payment.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT TERMS
Payment may be made by PayPal, cheque, bank transfer or cash upon collection.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Delivery is limited to mainland France.
Delivery timeframes range from 8 to 15 days.
Free collection is available at the association’s premises.
ARTICLE 6 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Ownership transfers only after full payment.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Client has a 14-day withdrawal period, except for customized or hygiene-sensitive Products.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES
Products benefit from legal conformity and hidden defect warranties.
ARTICLE 9 – MEMBERSHIP
Any order constitutes membership in the association.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is collected solely for order processing.
Clients have rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content is protected by intellectual property laws.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW
These GTC are governed by French law.
Only the French version prevails in case of dispute.
